About Gailand and Nicole
Campus Pastors of The Bridge Marianna
Gailand Bay Jr., from a very young age traveled with his family on the road full time in children’s and music ministry throughout the US.
Leaving the road in 1989, he and Nicole married, and in 1990 began to work in youth and music ministry through many years of ministry in local area churches with a desire to connect with people and pour into their lives with hopes of making a difference. Gailand and Nicole opened Bays Music in Marianna, Florida in Oct. 1998 with the dream of implementing ministry into the daily job and making a difference through the work place for Christ. Nicole and Gailand have 3 kids: Christian, 15, and 11 year old twins Aubree and Austin.
As a family, we are serving God and our community. Christian is following in his fathers footsteps playing drums for The Bridge Worship team. In March 2009, Gailand and Nicole along with their core plant team, connection team, and Pastors Duane and Kris White in Denton Texas are launching The Bridge Church Marianna,in Marianna Florida . Their mission is to “Connect People To Life” and to serve as a model missional church and multi-cultural faith community. Utilizing multi-media, relevant music, and a message of hope, love, and life!
